World’s first Angry Bird theme park at Doha Festival City! | Espinosa on Board

Just last week (Mid of June) We just visited the newly open theme park that can be found inside at the Doha Festival City. It is the First World Angry Birds Entertainment Park  that has the thrill, fun and excitement for the whole family. Rafael is one of an Angry Birds fan and we knew already that he would definitely enjoyed it. We we’re so excited by that moment before we enter the Mall and we thought that everyone can go inside without paying any entrance fee but the sad news is every visitor must pay for 150 QR per person, which is too expensive especially for those who are in a big group of families and most of the parents are there only to accompany their kids. In our case, we bought 2 cards to go in since Rafael is under free of charge.

The 150 QR ticket actually includes the 15 QR for the Entrance Fee and the remaining balance of 135 QR credit that can be used for any of the rides and attractions, including food and beverages. Plus, the ticket is valid for a year, which means you can visit the park anytime without having to purchase a new ticket as long as you have the Angry Birds card with you.

So after we avail the cards, we saw Bomb outside the Park welcoming all the guests and he let everyone to take some pictures together with him. Rafael was so scared at that moment maybe because he thought that Bomb would really gonna explode. Hahaha!

They also has a cafeteria where you can enjoy their delectable meals while your kids playing around the park. You can also use your Angry Birds card for the menu items you wish to purchase.

Rafael was so happy that he got a chance to meet and greet the Angry Birds Stella and Red.

All in all we really had a great time especially to our Rafael. But hopefully they could change some rules for not forcing everyone to pay a 150 QR just to get  inside. Not everyone can afford that.
