Santa Monica Breakfast Club: Perfect for the whole Family! | Espinosa on Board

Since we we’re staying at the Grand Hyatt, we took a moment to have a glance at the Santa Monica Breakfast Club that can be found at the Ground level of the Hotel. I’m actually planning to use an Entertainer app for our breakfast but since one of the staff told us that they has a promotion for the buffet for only 80 QR, I didn’t bother to try and it was just me and raf left at the Hotel and I only paid for one since Rafael was free of charge and Chad was at work during that time.

The restaurant was like a vintage style and looks fabulous. Looks interesting.

The style of the restaurant, the interior, the decorations, the ambiance, it was all truly remarkable. I really love the style since I’m a fan of vintage designs.

The restaurant was spacious enough and the atmosphere is pretty neat.

They also have these comfy sofas for all the guests and I didn’t feel cramped at all. I felt like we we’re the only people there although it was almost crowded.

One of the main reason why I love Santa Monica is they have an open indoor playing area inside the restaurant and just next to the sofa where we we’re seating at. While Rafael was busy playing, I was busy getting some foods for us. For sure, every parents would love it here!

They also have this area for kids who can play Playstation for free! Isn’t this awesome?

Buffet area

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is also my favorite part of the meal so I was extremely excited when I’ve seen the buffet.  The thing I love about having a buffet breakfast was really a heaven for me. Everytime I woke up early in the morning, I’m always turning into a real-life dinosaur and I just want to eat a lot especially during breakfast! As in, A LOT! (Not over reacting, I’m just telling you the truth… hahaha!)

They have lots of foods to choose from and the price itself was really affordable. They have yogurts, oatmeal, pudding, different kinds of spread for your pancakes.

Oh and yes, they also have Yakult! This is the first time I’ve seen it on a buffet. I’m starting to like it here. 📷

You should definitely try their smoked fish selection especially the salmon. Really loved it!

You can also request for your egg style on their egg station. They will also serve it right to your table.

I only tried few of them and it’s really delicious. The breads are not that so puffy and it was really compact. I just wished they have “Pandesal” which is my most favorite bread of all. It is the most famous bread in the Philippines although it was just simple and nothing special ingredients on it but I always craving for it. 📷

The oatmeal is just the plain one, so if you have kids who love more flavors, you can mashed the fruits and mix it in the oatmeal. Raf loved it so much and he ate two glass of it!

As you can see the photos, the foods are really good and many healthy options just like this one, detox juices. It’s better to take the juice after you’re done eating. It’s really refreshing especially when you eat a lot. Just like what we did. Hahaha!

Raf starting to stare in one place, it means, he was already full and tired eating. Hahahaha! We just stayed there for a bit after we’re done eating and went back to our room.

The food was absolutely wonderful and fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. My son had a wonderful time here, a great place for those who have kids. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful and the way they served was excellent. All in all, we really had a perfect stay in Grand Hyatt Hotel and we’ll definitely go back here again for another celebration. Highly recommended!
