We’ve been to Paris last October 2017 and it was a dream come true and until now I can’t imagine that I’ve been there already. I felt that I’m still dreaming and don’t wanna wake up and want to stay there FOREVER! Imagine? Visiting the most romantic place on Earth together with your loved ones, what could I ask for? 📷

Anyway, we stayed in Paris for 6 days in a 2 star hotel at Hotel du Lion and It’s really a short vacay for us so I’ve made my DIY Itinerary to visit the top places in Paris and I’m sharing to you guys what are my top list must visit in Paris and I can’t wait to post it already!

Here are my top 12 must visit in Paris:

1. Eiffel Tower

Of course it should be the number one! What would Paris be without the Eiffel Tower? Eiffel Tower was the one of the most recognizable landmark in the World! It is also the symbol of love and most women dream to have the engagement proposal in Paris. This is one of the must-visit and the best time to go here is around evening because of their light show and it’s really amazing experience! I felt like I’m so close to the stars and they keep on twinkling and glowing.

2. Disneyland Paris

Who doesn’t love Disneyland??? Is there anyone? If there is, well you gotta think twice before disliking Disneyland. (Well, yeah. I’m an absolutely a huge fan of Disney!) Visiting the happiest and most magical place on Earth, in the most romantic city on Earth! I felt like a kid again! Since we entered the park until closing, the smile on my face doesn’t fade and my heart was keep on pounding continuously. Disneyland Parks is quite expensive but it you really want to visit Disneyland Paris on a cheaper rate, I do suggest that you go for the low season days when the Mini Ticket 1 Day/2 Parks is available. You can view the calendar & buy tickets on the Disneyland Paris website.

3. Chateau de Versailles

Palace of Versailles is considered one of the most beautiful achievements of 18th-century French art and top must visit in Paris.  It was home for three generations of French kings and queens from 1682 until the beginning of the French Revolution in 1789. The Palace fabulous gardens took 40 years designed by Louis XIV’s gardener, Le Nôtre, to complete and include formal gardens, an orangerie, fountains, a canal and two smaller palaces. It is really worth to visit! Before going to Chateau make sure you have all the information as needed and requires a little extra effort. And if you’re visiting the palace, it would take at least half a day for you to mildly experience most of it. You can buy your tickets from their official website – Tickets and prices | Chateau de Versailles.

4. The Louvre

Visiting the Louvre is a dream come true for so many people traveling to Paris since it’s the largest and most authoritative museum in the World. You can even see the famous and original painting in the Louvre, Mona Lisa. We bought our tickets for only 15 euros thru online Louvre Museum tickets

5. Arc de Triomphe

We arrived at the Arc de triomphe before sunset and this is the best live backdrop i’d ever seen. Measuring 164 feet tall, the Arc de Triomphe is one of the historic landmarks in Paris and it was envisioned as a dedication by Napoleon to his troops for their hard won victory at the battle of Austerlitz in 1809.

6. Notre Dame Cathedral

I was filled with astonishment by the architectural designs, the glass windows and so much history to see inside the church. It also reminds me the Walt Disney movie story by Victor Hugo, The Hunchback and Notre Dame. One of my favorite Disney movies of all times. There is no charge to enter the cathedral, but there will be a line for security check. Visiting the tower costs 8.50 euros per person but we didn’t avail it since there are so many parts inside at the cathedral to see and to be amazed of.

7. Basilica du Sacre-Coeur

When we reached at the top of the hill in Sacre Cour, I was surprised by the view that really relax your soul. We took an hour to sit there while listening to a live performance that match with a perfect weather.

8. Place du Tertre

It’s a busy tourist spot with many artists selling their paintings, drawings and caricatures and they’re rather expensive a nice, authentic souvenir but no pressure to buy. They seemed happy for you to watch. A few bars & restaurants around the square add to the atmosphere.

9. Alexander bridge

It is known as one of the most beautiful river crossings in the World. Crossing the bridge by foot takes you on a stroll through what might be thought of as Paris’ premiere open-air (en plein air) museum, with an array of masterful sculptures: lions, cherubs, nymphs, maidens, cupids, water spirits, fish, scalloped seashells, and sea monsters.

10. Champ de Mars

f you’re a nature lover or just want to have a glass of wine with your partner and relax, this is the perfect place for you. Yes it’s crowded but a really huge park since Champ de Mars is open to the public and the closest spot in Eiffel Tower.

11. Abesses Station

The Metro has the full canopy, lights and signs of the art nouveau period; great to photograph. Close by is a small park, busy with locals and tourist alike. A place to wander around before the impact of the crowded Sacre Coeur area.

12. Moulin Rouge

Moulin Rouge is the cabaret in Paris. This was a beautiful spot to take photos but we didn’t go inside because the show was expensive.
