Day 5 in Barcelona (Part 1): Playa de la Barceloneta | Espinosa on Board

Our Europe tour is coming to an end but before that, Chad & I got one more stroll to go to and ready to fly back in Doha. We went to the most popular beach in Barcelona, the Playa de la Barceloneta. Chad’s cousin told us so many implausible stories that during summer lots of tourists and locals comes here and believe it or not, most of the women are topless! She even showed some pictures of them for the proof that she’s not lying. Well, Chad’s reaction was priceless and he couldn’t wait any longer to see it through in his own eyes so that’s why we we’re here. HAHAHA!

How to get there:

From the nearest station to our place, Metro Urquinaona, ride a Bus 45 and go down at the Platja de la Barceloneta.

We walked all over the beach but Chad was so disappointed because he never seen any one of them (The topless women) HAHA! But instead, I was the one who surprised because of what I saw, these hunk guys was doing some work outs on the outdoor gym and I didn’t even missed any glimpse of it. HAHAHA! (Silly couples. :D)

The view from the beach was amazing, the water was also gorgeous. It looked pretty clear and clean, and it was such a beautiful teal color.

We spent an hour sitting on the rocks while taking photos, gazing at the sky, ocean and the people passing by. Such a beautiful day together with your favorite people. <3
