And yes we already got fully charged and ready to go back traveling!  We purchase a carnet of 10 tickets for €10.20 euros which is you can save €11.80 for 10 journeys with T10. We’re heading now to the one of Barcelona’s most famous building and the crown jewel of Antoní Gaudí’s architectural career, the La Sagrada Familia. The church was constructed by 129 years already, and it was told that the completion of the Sagrada Familia is scheduled for 2026, the 100th anniversary of Antoni Gaudí’s death.

Antoni Gaudi

He was an architect from Reus, Catalonia, Spain. He is the best known practitioner of Catalan Modernism. Gaudí’s works have a highly individualized and distinctive style. Most are located in Barcelona, including his main work, the church of the Sagrada Família.

Gaudí’s work was influenced by his passions in life: architecture, nature, and religion.[3] He considered every detail of his creations and integrated into his architecture such crafts as ceramicsstained glasswrought ironwork forging and carpentry. He also introduced new techniques in the treatment of materials, such as trencadís which used waste ceramic pieces.

We arrived at the Sagrada Familia around 11:00 am in the morning but the tickets are already sold out and the next tickets would be available on the 4:00 pm in the afternoon so we didn’t avail any of it although there’s a lot of guided tour outside the La Sagrada Familia but it’s quite expensive rather than the actual price.

La Sagrada Familia

So we just stayed outside and enjoying the view far from the La Sagrada and it’s really has an amazing and breathtaking architecture. If you are planning to visit Barcelona be sure to have this place in your MUST SEE list!

If you are a Filipino and loves to watch Tagalog movies, for sure you are familiar with the love story movie of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, “Barcelona, a love untold”. We copied one of their picture and I don’t know if we nailed it. HAHAHA.

This is the Kathniel (Kathryn & Daniel) one of the most popular love team in the Philippines.

And this is our photo! Do you think we did it right? Did we nailed it??? HAHAHAHA!

While we we’re enjoying the view, there was a mini playground and our little traveler enjoy playing with his Grandpa.

While we’re heading to the other Antoni Gaudi’s architectural designs, my FIL keeps on taking selfies side by side along the way. At first he doesn’t know how to do selfies, but when he started to travel Europe, I think he’s already a PRO! 📷

Casa Mila

The front of the house looks like a massive rock, broken only by wavy lines and iron ornaments. We didn’t got a chance to go inside since our priority was just roam around Barcelona.

Casa Batlo

This is the view of the house from the street. it doesn’t take much to notice that the architecture is totally unique from all the other surrounding buildings. As for me, this is the most cutest building I’ve ever seen!
